Bloomberg reporting has found that Mark
Zuckerberg was lobbying President Trump
on digital taxes before he launched
another tariff threat. What can you tell
us about that? Who knew that lobbying
works? Mark Zuckerberg is understood
according to people familiar did go to
visit President Trump last week and lo
and behold earlier this week we get that
threat saying look I will cut off your
access to my wonderful semiconductors
made by AMD or Nvidia is basically what
he's insinuating if you keep putting
these digital services taxes on some of
our big winners. He's talking to Europe.
He didn't name any countries but we know
that it was France that started all of
this back in 2019 and they make a lot of
money. They make significant quantities
of revenue by making these taxations on
the advertising money that Meta makes
through Instagram and through all of the
other products, Facebook and wants to
bring it into WhatsApp. So, this is big
worry for Mark Zuckerberg and others,
Alphabet and the like, that they have to
keep paying these. But Mark Zuckerberg
seems to have once again said this is
frustrating and Trump's yeah, I'm with
you. So, we'll see whether that makes
any weight on Europe right
